    Your business must be registered and physically located in Trinidad & Tobago.

  • Business Registration

    Your business must be officially registered with the Companies Registry of the Registrar General's Department, and you must provide a valid Business Registration Number (BRN).

  • Bank Account in Trinidad & Tobago

    You must have a valid bank account with a registered financial institution in Trinidad & Tobago to receive payments.

Is a bank account in Trinidad & Tobago mandatory to sell on this platform?

Yes, it is an essential requirement. Our platform exclusively uses direct bank transfers for all vendor payouts. To receive your earnings on our bi-weekly schedule, you must have a valid Trinidad & Tobago bank account connected to your vendor dashboard. This is the only method available for receiving payments.

Who is responsible for shipping and delivery?

Our delivery options are structured to ensure security for high-value items and flexibility for others. For items over $250 in value: You will have the option to use our integrated local delivery driver network for secure, trackable delivery. For items under $250 in value: You are responsible for shipping to the customer via a reliable local service, such as TTPost or another courier of your choice.

What if I need help adding my products or services?

We're here to help! If you prefer not to add items yourself, our team offers a setup service. We will upload and configure your products or services for you for a fee based on the complexity and number of items. Please contact us after your registration is approved to get a quote.

How are customer disputes or returns handled?

Vendors are required to set their own return and cancellation policies. Our team will help mediate any disputes that cannot be resolved directly between the vendor and the customer.
