Our trattoria is an intimate space dedicated to crafting authentic Italian dishes with a unique Caribbean soul, creating a menu that is both familiar and wonderfully unexpected. Our Menu: A Taste of Two Worlds

Appetizers:

  • Caribbean Cured Meat Platter: A platter of artisan local sausages (e.g., house-made pork sausage) and cured meats, served with parmesan, marinated local olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and toasted focaccia bread.
  • Focaccia with Spicy Olive Oil: Freshly baked rosemary and sea salt focaccia bread, served warm with a side of our homemade scotch bonnet-infused olive oil and a sundried tomato dip.
  • Curry Chicken Risotto Balls: Crispy, golden-fried risotto balls filled with savory curried chicken and mozzarella cheese, served with a tangy chutney.
  • Fried Calamari: Lightly battered and fried calamari, served with a spicy marinara dipping sauce with a hint of local pimento pepper.

Pasta:

  • Beef Ragu Fettuccine: Fresh fettuccine pasta topped with a rich, slow-simmered beef ragu featuring a hint of paprika and local herbs for a uniquely Trini flavour.
  • Spicy Shrimp Spaghetti: Spaghetti tossed with jumbo shrimp in a light garlic, parsley, and olive oil sauce, with a fiery kick from fresh scotch bonnet pepper.
  • Chicken Penne with Vodka Sauce: Penne pasta in a creamy tomato and vodka sauce, with grilled chicken breast and a sprinkle of grated parmesan.
  • Dasheen Bush Pesto Gnocchi: Soft potato gnocchi served with a vibrant and rich pesto made from dasheen bush (a Trini spinach) and toasted pinenuts.

Pizza:

  • Shrimp Pizza: A hand-tossed pizza with a light tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, plump shrimp, red onions, garlic, and fresh herbs.
  • Sausage & Pepperoni Pizza: Topped with house-made Italian sausage, mozzarella, and chili flakes for a touch of heat, a spicy classic.
  • Classic Margherita Pizza: A timeless classic with a fresh tomato sauce, creamy mozzarella, and basil.
  • Make Your Own Pizza: Create your perfect pizza from our selection of fresh Italian and local toppings. Start with a classic tomato and cheese base, then build it with your favorite meats, vegetables, and seasonings.

Main Courses:

  • Hunter’s Style Chicken: Pan-seared chicken thighs simmered in a rich tomato sauce with bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms, infused with a touch of Trini green seasoning.
  • Chicken Parmesan: A classic Italian-American favorite. A breaded chicken breast fillet topped with our house-made marinara sauce and melted mozzarella cheese, served over a bed of spaghetti.
  • Smoked Pork Ribs: Slow-roasted pork ribs glazed with a balsamic reduction and a hint of smoked paprika, served with roasted root vegetables.
  • Grilled Kingfish: Grilled kingfish steak served with a light lemon and herb sauce and a side of roasted potatoes and asparagus.
  • Pistachio-Crusted Salmon: A fillet of tender salmon baked with a pistachio crust, served with a light cream sauce and a medley of sautéed vegetables.

Important Booking & Payment Information

  • Business Hours: We are open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM every day.
  • Availability: Please select your desired date and time from the calendar.
  • Party Size: The booking system allows for parties of up to 8 people. For larger groups, please call us directly to make arrangements.
  • Booking Fee: A non-refundable TT$100 booking fee is required to secure your table. This fee will be fully deducted from your final bill when you dine with us.
  • Cancellation Policy: The booking fee is non-refundable if you fail to show up for your reservation or if you cancel less than 2 hours before your booking time. You may cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 2 hours before your booking time, and your booking fee will be applied to your new reservation date.

Payment: All payments for your meal and any selected add-ons are handled at the restaurant after your dining experience.
