Our kitchen is a celebration of fusion, blending classic Mexican dishes with local ingredients and our signature “green seasoning” spice blend. We utilize the fiery heat of Scotch Bonnet and the intense kick of Trinidad Scorpion peppers (available upon request) to create a dining experience that is both exciting and comforting.

• Spicy Queso & Chips: A classic queso dip enriched with our house-made pepper sauce and served with crispy corn tortilla chips.
• Guacamole & Chips: Our house-made guacamole, with a hint of local chadon beni and a touch of lime, served with crispy corn tortilla chips.
• Loaded Fries: Crispy seasoned fries topped with melted cheese, spicy ground beef, pickled jalapenos, and a drizzle of garlic sauce.

Important Booking & Payment Information

• Business Hours: We are open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM every day.
• Availability: Please select your desired date and time from the calendar. We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends.
• Party Size: The booking system allows for parties of up to 8 people. For larger groups, please call us directly.
• Booking Fee: A non-refundable TT$100 booking fee is required to secure your table. This fee will be fully deducted from your final bill when you dine with us.
• Cancellation Policy: The booking fee is non-refundable if you fail to show up or cancel less than 2 hours before your booking time. You may cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 2 hours before your booking time, and your fee will be applied to your new reservation date.
• Payment: All payments for your meal and any selected add-ons are handled at the restaurant after your dining experience.
