Step 1: Book Your Diagnostic Service Call
For a flat fee of $600 TTD, you can book a convenient 2-hour arrival window for one of our certified technicians to visit your home. This fee covers the trip to your location and the expert diagnosis of your appliance’s issue.
Step 2: Expert Diagnosis & Upfront Quote
Our technician will use their expertise and specialized tools to pinpoint the exact cause of the problem. They will then explain the issue to you clearly and provide a single, all-inclusive, flat-rate quote for the total repair cost (including all parts and labor).
Step 3: You Decide, With No Pressure
With our quote in hand, you have all the information you need. You can choose to approve the repair or decide against it.
- If you approve the repair, the $600 TTD service call fee is applied directly to your final bill. For example, if the total repair quote is $1,500 TTD, you would only pay the remaining $900 TTD.
- If you decline the repair, you only pay the $600 TTD service call fee for the diagnosis.
Step 4: We Complete the Repair
If you approve, our technician will complete the work efficiently and professionally. Many common repairs can be done on the same visit, as our vans are stocked with the most frequently needed parts.

About Your Appointment
- The 2-Hour Arrival Window: Please note you are booking a 2-hour window for our technician’s arrival (e.g., 10 AM – 12 PM), not a precise appointment time. This flexibility allows our technicians to handle traffic and any unexpected issues from a previous job. We will always call or text you when we are on our way.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Your appointment reserves a dedicated time slot with a professional technician. To ensure we can serve all our clients effectively, we adhere to the following policy:
- Free Cancellation & Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge, provided you give us at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled arrival window begins.
- Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $300 TTD fee. This helps cover the cost of the dedicated time slot that can no longer be filled.
- No-Show / On-Site Cancellation: If our technician arrives at your home and no one is home, an adult (18+) is not present, or the service is cancelled on-site, the full $600 TTD service call fee will be charged to cover our travel and time costs.
