• 4 Hours of Professional Coverage: Dedicated photography service by an experienced professional for four continuous hours.
• Pre-Event Consultation: A personalized session (via phone or video call) to discuss your event’s timeline, key moments, desired shots, and any specific preferences.
• High-Resolution Digital Images: A curated collection of professionally edited, high-resolution digital images, ensuring vibrant colors, sharp detail, and consistent quality.
• Private Online Gallery: A secure, password-protected online gallery for easy viewing, sharing with friends and family, and convenient downloading of your final images.

Important Booking Information

• Availability: Please select your desired event date using the calendar below. We recommend booking your event photographer at least 3-6 months in advance for guaranteed availability, especially for peak season dates.
• Pricing Structure: The price listed is for our “Essential Moments” base package. You can enhance your coverage and deliverables by adding optional upgrades.
• Booking Confirmation: A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your date. Full payment is due 7 days prior to the event date.
• Image Delivery: Final images will be delivered via your online gallery within 3-4 weeks after your event date.
• Cancellation Policy: (Clearly state your cancellation policy here, e.g., “Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the event date will not incur the remaining balance. Cancellations within 7-29 days incur 50% of the remaining balance. Cancellations less than 7 days prior forfeit full payment. Rescheduling is subject to photographer’s availability.”
