- Prompt Delivery: Our professional driver will deliver the dumpster to your location, placing it safely and conveniently on your scheduled delivery date.
- Fill it Up: You have the entire rental period you booked to fill the bin with all your project waste.
- Hassle-Free Pickup: We automatically return to pick up the dumpster on your scheduled pickup date. No need to call!
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Please review our policies before booking your rental.
- Booking Window
- You can book a dumpster up to 90 days in advance using our online calendar.
- To ensure availability, we recommend booking at least 3-5 business days ahead of your project start date.
- Next-day delivery may be available. Please call our office directly to inquire about last-minute bookings.
- Cancellation Policy
- Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the delivery date are subject to a $340 TTD administrative fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Trip Fee: If an order is canceled after our truck has been dispatched on your delivery day, or if we are unable to place the dumpster due to obstacles on site (e.g., locked gates, blocked driveways, overhead wires), a $1,020 TTD trip fee will be charged to cover our fuel and labor costs.
Important: Prohibited Items
To ensure environmental safety and compliance with local regulations, we cannot accept the following materials:
- Hazardous Waste (Chemicals, Asbestos, Solvents, Paint)
- Batteries
- Electronics (E-waste)
- Appliances with Freon (Refrigerators, AC Units)
- Liquids of any kind
