Our Simple Booking & Service Process
- Book Your Drop-Off Slot: Use the booking calendar to select an available date and a convenient time slot to bring your item(s) to our facility.
- Drop-Off & Consultation: Arrive at our facility at your scheduled time (drop-offs are between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday). Our technician will inspect your parts, confirm all service details, and help you select your final color from our swatches.
- Expert Prep & Coating: Our team gets to work, meticulously preparing and coating your parts to your exact specifications.
- Pick Up Your Finished Parts: We will notify you the moment your project is complete and ready for pickup. Our typical turnaround is 3-7 business days.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
- Booking in Advance: You can book your drop-off appointment up to 90 days in advance. We recommend booking at least a few days ahead to secure your preferred time.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling: We offer free cancellation and rescheduling if the change is made at least 24hours prior to your scheduled drop-off time.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24hours of an appointment, or failing to show up for a booked slot, will require a non-refundable deposit to secure a new appointment. We ask for your consideration, as a reserved slot prevents other customers from booking.
Important Drop-Off Reminders
- All parts must be fully disassembled.
- Wheels must have tires, valve stems, and weights removed.
- Brake calipers must be completely disassembled with all seals and pistons removed.
