Rental & Booking Information

• Rental Periods: We offer daily (8 operational hours) and weekly (40 operational hours) rental rates. Please contact us for monthly rates.
• Operator Not Included: All rental prices are for the equipment only. The renter is responsible for providing a certified and licensed operator.
• Delivery & Pickup: We will deliver the equipment to your job site. Transportation fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the equipment selected.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the significant logistical costs of scheduling and transporting heavy equipment, we adhere to the following cancellation policy:

• Full Refund: A full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 72 hours (3 business days) prior to the scheduled delivery date.
• Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the delivery date are subject to a cancellation fee equal to one full day’s rental rate for the reserved equipment.
• On-Site Cancellation: If our team is unable to complete the delivery due to site access issues, incorrect information provided by the client, or if the rental is cancelled after our transport vehicle has been dispatched, a transportation and processing fee equal to one full day’s rental will be charged.
