Important Booking Information
- Availability: Please select your desired session date and time using the booking calendar. We recommend booking in advance, especially for popular slots.
- Session Duration: Each booking is for a single, 60-minute personal training session.
- Initial Consultation: If you are a new client, your first paid session will begin with a brief consultation and assessment to discuss your goals and lay the groundwork for your training plan.
- Payment: Full payment for the session is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: Individual training sessions require at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the session fee.
- Arrival: Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled session time to prepare.
- Health Waiver: All clients must complete a health questionnaire and sign a waiver prior to their first session.
