Important Booking Information
- Availability: Please select your desired event date(s) and time block using the booking calendar.
- Minimum Rental Period: A minimum rental period applies.
- Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit.
- Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required and will be returned within [e.g., 7-14 business days] post-event, subject to venue inspection.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 15 days of the event will incur 3% of the total rental fee.
- Cleaning Fee: A standard cleaning fee is applied to all rentals.
- Damage Policy: Hirer is responsible for any damage to the venue or its equipment during the rental period.
