Our Services in Detail
Our flat-rate services are designed to cover the most common household plumbing repairs.
- Drain Cleaning: For a single slow or clogged kitchen sink, bathroom sink, shower, or tub drain. Our technicians use professional tools to clear the blockage and restore proper flow.
- Toilet Repair Service: We fix common issues like a constantly running toilet, a weak flush, or a toilet that won’t flush at all by replacing the internal components.
- New Toilet Installation: Our technician will professionally remove your old toilet and install a new one that you provide, ensuring a leak-free connection.
- Leaky Faucet Repair: We’ll diagnose and repair drips from your kitchen or bathroom faucet by replacing the necessary internal parts like cartridges or O-rings.
- New Faucet Installation: We will remove your old faucet and install a new customer-supplied faucet on your sink.
- Small Leak Repair: This service covers the repair of minor leaks on exposed pipes, such as the P-trap or supply lines under a sink. (This does not cover leaks inside walls).
- Shut-Off Valve Replacement: We will replace a single faulty or leaking shut-off valve (angle stop) under your sink or toilet.

- We Arrive & Work: A qualified technician will arrive at your home within your selected window, diagnose the issue to confirm it matches the service booked, and complete the work efficiently.
Important Service Information
- Arrival Window: Please note you are booking a 4-hour window, not a precise arrival time. This allows our technicians to handle traffic and any unexpected delays. We will call you when we are on our way.
- Flat-Rate Pricing: Our pricing covers the labor and small, common repair parts (e.g., flappers, gaskets, washers) for the specific service booked.
- Customer-Supplied Fixtures: For installation services (New Toilet, New Faucet), the price is for labor only. The customer is responsible for providing the new fixture.
- Service Area: Our standard service area covers [e.g., Port of Spain, Chaguanas, and surrounding areas]. Please call us if you are outside this zone.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. To ensure we can serve all our clients effectively, we adhere to the following policy.
- Free Cancellation & Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment for a full refund at no charge, provided you give us at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled arrival window begins.
- Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $450 TTD fee. This fee covers the cost of reserving a dedicated time slot for our technician that can no longer be filled.
- On-Site & No-Show Fee: If our technician arrives at your home within the scheduled window and is unable to perform the work because no one is home, an adult (18+) is not present, or the appointment is cancelled on-site, a $650 TTD trip charge will apply to cover our fuel and labor costs for the visit.
